Guy Mettan
President
Guy was born in Evionnaz, Switzerland, and received his academic education at
the University of Geneva.
Commencing his journey at Journal de Genève, Temps stratégique, Bilan and le
Nouveau Quotidien, Mettan swiftly ascended to director and editor-in-chief of
La Tribune de Genève, imprinting his vision upon the publication from 1992 to
1998.
In 1997, he co-founded and chaired the Geneva Press Club, serving as executive
director until 2019, championing press freedom and intellectual exchange with
prominent personalities visiting the international organizations and UN head-
quarters in Geneva.
Transitioning into politics, Mettan’s leadership spans from the Christian Demo-
cratic People’s Party of Switzerland to the Swiss People’s Party, whose he is still a
deputy at the Geneva parliament, whose he was the speaker in 2010.
As President of the Swiss EurAsia Chamber of Commerce and head of the Gene-
va Institute for Multipolarity, Mettan continues to foster strategic partnerships
and advocate for a world order grounded in integrity and cooperation.
A beacon of inspiration to journalists, writers, and policymakers alike, Met-
tan’s unwavering commitment to dialogue a multipolarity defines his enduring
legacy.
He wrote several books. His bestseller “Creating Russophobia”, has garnered
widespread acclaim for its profound impact on contemporary media discourse
and has been published in many countries such as USA, France, Italy, Russia and
China. Its penetrating analysis serves as a beacon of enlightenment amidst the
opacity and falsehoods pervasive in today’s media landscape.
Married, he has 1 daughter. His hobbies are skiing, hiking, and writing.

ANASTASSIA OZEROVA
Anastassia Ozerova
Secretary General
Anastassia is an accomplished government relations professional based in Gene-
va, Switzerland, renowned for her extensive expertise in navigating the complex
landscape of Eurasian governments and businesses, as well as the UK. With a
proven track record, she demonstrates an exceptional ability to foster high-level
dialogues and partnerships, both on and off the record.
With a foundation in high-quality conference organization and a knack for
engaging world-renowned speakers, Anastassia has earned a reputation for pro-
ducing events of exceptional caliber. Her tenure at The World Economic Forum
saw them spearhead the establishment and development of the Eurasia region,
leaving an indelible mark on the organization before departing in 2014 to
embark on Young Global Leaders Leadership Programme at Harvard Kennedy
School followed by Executive MBA program at IMD.
In 2014, motivated by a need for a new frame of dialogue and a far-reaching
vision of fostering connectivity between Eurasia and the global arena, Anastas-
sia embarked on a transformative journey, establishing her own consultancy
firm. Here, she delved into the intricate core issues shaping the Eurasian region,
demonstrating a profound commitment to navigating its complexities with
acumen and foresight.
In 2023, Anastassia co-founded the Geneva Institute for Multipolarity, a not-for-
profit association based in Geneva. This independent and impartial institution
champions the shift away from unipolar dominance, advocating for equality,
mutual respect, and shared benefits among nations, states, and civilizations.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Anastassia is a co-founder and dedicated
volunteer at the WECARE Foundation. This charitable foundation channels
its energy towards providing crucial support to children, particularly those in
conflict-ridden areas, who find themselves without parental care. By offering
individualized care, emotional support, and essential medical treatment, the
foundation works tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for these vulnerable
children.
Married, she has 3 children. Her hobbies are hiking, reading and architecture.

HARRI IHRING
Harri Ihring
Member of the Board
Harri Ihring, a native of Stuttgard, Germany, pursued his academic journey at
the University of Applied Science in Konstanz, followed by advanced studies in
Communication Management at the University of Applied Science in Bern.
Residing in Geneva for the past 15 years, Harri has amassed a wealth of expe-
rience collaborating with international corporations, institutions, and organ-
izations. With over 25 years of expertise at the management level, he has been
instrumental in delivering on strategic priorities within interdisciplinary and
sustainable frameworks.
A standout achievement in Harri’s career was his pivotal role in the renovation
of the Palais des Nations, working closely with former UN Secretary-General
Kofi Annan and the Director-General of UNOG in Geneva. Harri spearheaded
the development of the ‘Palais des Nations Heritage Fund’ concept, facilitating
a mechanism for private financing and public advocacy initiatives aligned with
the United Nations’ core values and legal policies.
Furthermore, Harri’s innovative spirit led to the integration of the ‘Cité de la
Musique Genève’ into the heart of International Geneva, forging collaborations
between the foundation and the United Nations Office Geneva. This endeavor
aimed to harness synergies between national musical authorities and the com-
municative tasks of international organizations, envisioning the creation of an
‘International Organization for Music’, the Philharmony of Nations.
In addition to his expertise in strategic communication, information manage-
ment, and crisis resolution, Harri is deeply committed to social development
and cross-cultural dialogue. Guided by personal integrity and driven by pur-
pose, he navigates complex stakeholder processes with foresight and a commit-
ment to quality.
Harri’s interests span aviation, sports, nature, international culture, and social
development, reflecting his multifaceted passions beyond the professional
realm.
